We stress the importance of preventive dentistry and create practical treatment plans that are mindful of cost containment. We know that you are busy and endeavor to be an on time dental practice. We are located in Northwest San Antonio at the corner of Mainland and Tezel Road, serving the Helotes, Sea World, Lackland Air Force Base, Great Northwest, Northwest Crossing, Braun Station and surrounding areas.

Appointments
We are here to serve you and your family and we appreciate the trust in us that you show by scheduling an appointment.
First Visit
When you arrive for your first visit please be prepared to complete an insurance and health information form that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will also ask you to fill out several forms that will also help you get acquainted with our office. Your initial evaluation will last approximately one hour. We take the necessary radiographs and perform a thorough examination of your teeth and soft tissue, as well as review your medical history, provide oral hygiene instructions along with suggestions to help care for your teeth. In most cases, we will also clean your teeth and provide an evaluation that will outline existing dental problems and proposed treatments.
Treatment Planning
We will discuss all necessary treatment with our patients. Optional treatment, like cosmetic dentistry, may be mentioned, but always with a clear distinction between what is necessary for good dental health and what is considered optional. We will prioritize needed treatment from most urgent to least urgent, and will help you understand what needs to be done and why. We have informational pamphlets and a library of videotapes on all dental procedures for your additional information.
Emergency Procedures
We do our best to see all patients with dental emergencies the day we are contacted. If you have an after hours emergency, please call our office phone number, 647-0477, and you will receive instructions on how to reach the doctors.

If you are pleased with the treatment you received from us, we would love to meet your friends and family. Your referrals and confidence in us is our greatest compliment.
Financial Info
Payment Policy
We do our best to make excellent dentistry affordable and offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. All fees are due at the time services are rendered, unless previous arrangements have been made. Payments may be made in cash, by personal check or by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as offer financing options through CareCredit.
Insurance
We are happy to file dental insurance claims for you and estimate your portion of the balance due. We accept most dental indemnity insurance and participate in many PPO plans.
Hardship
We do care and we do understand that financial difficulties can arise. Should there be a situaion that makes payment impossible, please speak to our office manager about the problem. Remember, we do care.
